The City Pool League was established over 30 years ago, and we're still one of the largest leagues in the country, currently boasting almost 100 teams, and over 1000 registered players, from across the city and surrounding area. In it's current format, eight divisions of twelve play on a Monday night, under the old EPA rules, although the new season has seen a change to the break rule, which is now an adaptation of the Blackball break.

The new season started on Monday June 7th, 2010, and with the exception of short breaks during Summer and Christmas, the League season will run right through to April/May 2011. Sadly, we are again without a Wednesday League for a second season.
